Ingredients:
500g chicken (breast/thigh boneless)
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp of ginger
1 tbsp of light soy sauce
1/2 tbsp of shaoxing wine
1/2 tsp of sesame oil
1/2 tsp of Asian five spice powder
a pinch of sugar
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of white pepper
1/2 tsp of black pepper (ground)
potato starch to coat
vegetable oil to fry

vegetable oil to fry
Steps:
2) Heat up oil and put potato starch in a bowl.
3) Once oil is heated, coat the marinated chicken in potato starch and fry till golden brown.
4) Sprinkle the remaining pepper mixture on top and you're done!
5) EAT!
