Ingredients:
200g dark chocolate chopped
1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
1/2 cup thickened cream
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup crushed unsalted peanuts
3/4 cup rice bubbles
350g milk chocolate chopped
Steps:
1) Melt dark chocolate, peanut butter, cream and vanilla extract in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water. Cool slightly then leave in the fridge to cool.
2) Mix the crushed nuts and rice bubbles together.
3) Roll Step1 into a ball and coat with Step2. Then refridgerate until firm.
4) Melt the milk chocolate using the same method in Step1 and then coat the balls in the chocolate. Drain off excess and then put on a tray.
5) Leave in the fridge to harden and decorate with whatever you like.
6) EAT!
